Sponsorship Prospectus – CCA Annual Dinner

Each year the Construction Contractors Association of WA holds an Annual Networking Dinner which in recent years has been attended by approx. 300 people.

The 2021 Dinner will be on 20 October 2021.

The Dinner is held in October each year and tables are taken up by our members and their guests and engineering consultants and their guests. Ministers, other senior politicians and senior officials from government departments and agencies are also in attendance at the invitation of the Association.

The format of the evening begins with predinner drinks prior to moving into a sit down 3 course meal. During the meal our President provides a brief (so as maximise the time for networking discussion) overview of the industry and activities related to it followed later in the evening some light entertainment.

This is an outstanding opportunity for sponsors to the meet and mingle with potentially all the senior players in the industry and at the same time have their company’s name prominent throughout.

Once a sponsorship has been taken out it will appear on our webpage up to and immediately following the dinner or it remain there as part of the introduction for the following year’s dinner if there is an agreement to continue the sponsorship. Sponsors are also included on the flyers for the dinner where they exist at the time of printing and these are updated as we get closer to the event. Sponsors are also recognised on the table menus.

Sponsors are invited to provide a banner which is prominently displayed through the evening. During the evening the Association has a rolling presentation of the project’s members have undertaken and the sponsors are recognised in this. Sponsors are specifically recognised verbally on a minimum of 6 occasions throughout the evening.  

We have several levels of sponsorship available:

• Silver Sponsor ($3000) which in addition to all the above provides 2 seats for the dinner.
• Gold Sponsor ($5000) which in addition to all the above provides 3 seats to the dinner.
• Platinum Sponsor ($10000) which in addition to all of the above provides 4 seats plus a 3-minute speaking opportunity to introduce their company.

Any of the sponsors may provide a door prize which will be duly recognised throughout the evening.
